The 2024 Motion to Modify Condition No. 1 of the Planning Commission’s Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law, and Decision and Order, dated June 10, 2019, and Condition No. 5 of the LUC’s Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law, and Decision and Order certified on November 1, 2019.

The City and County of Honolulu Planning Commissions Filings were received on July 15, 2024, following transmission of the record, the Land Use Commission has 45 days to render a decision.

Tentative meeting dates are set for the following days:
