2025 Motion to Release Conditions

On May 20, 2025, the LUC received the Successor Petitioner’s Motion for Order Releasing Conditions. On June 3, 2025, the LUC notified the Petitioner that the filing was deemed incomplete and that a refiled submission was required to proceed. As of this date, no amended motion has been received.
