2017 Petitioner’s FEIS

The following links are to a series of files from the five volumes which comprise the complete draft Final Environmental Impact Statement (FEIS) that was filed with the State Office of Environmental Quality Control (OEQC) and the State Land Use Commission in June 2017.  The LUC will be holding a hearing to accept or reject the FEIS on July 19-20, 2017 on Maui.  The single FEIS has been split into these smaller files so that they can be more easily downloaded for viewing.  You may want to refer to the first file and its table of contents (pages 3-9) to help locate the appropriate volume containing information of interest to you.
