SP92-381 Waikoloa Development Company – 2016 Amendment
STATUS
On January 11, 2016, the County of Hawai`i Leeward Planning Commission submitted their record of decision and recommendations to the Land Use Commission. The LUC conducted its hearing on the matter on February 9, 2016, in Kona, island of Hawai`i; at which time the Commission voted to approve the Leeward Planning Commission’s recommendation and amended conditions. The Commission held a public hearing to adopt its order on the matter on February 24, 2016, in Kahului, Maui. The Commission filed a decision and order approving the requested amendment on February 26, 2016.
