On June 18, 2013, Defend O`ahu Coalition filed a Renewed Motion for Issuance of an Order to Show Cause Why the Boundary Reclassification Should not be Revoked for Failure to Perform Conditions, Representations and Commitments. The LUC, at its hearing on November 8, 2013, deferred action on the Renewed Motion for Order to Show Cause until after the legislative session of 2014.
On March 27, 1986, the LUC approved the Petition subject to nine conditions.
On March 15, 1989, the LUC approved a motion to amend the original Decision and Order by amending Condition 8 regarding the construction and operation of a sewage treatment facility.
