District Boundary Amendments “DBA”
A District Boundary Amendment (“DBA”) is a formal process to reclassify land use designations through a petition to the Land Use Commission. Petitions may be filed by state or county agencies, or by landowners and developers with legal interest in the property.
Petitions must follow the requirements outlined in Chapter 205 and Chapter 15-15.
