CURRENT STATUS – AMENDMENT GRANTED

The documents for this docket were delivered to the LUC in preparation for an August 9, 2017, hearing.  On July 31, 2017, the City and County of Honolulu, Planning Commission submitted their July 19, 2017, adopted minutes of the Planning Commission’s June 21, 2017, decision meeting and meeting transcripts.   The application was deemed complete and official processing began as of July 31, 2017.

At the August 9, 2017, hearing, the Commission voted to grant the amendment and a Decision and Order was issued on this matter on August 14, 2017 (see below)
