DR18-61 HARTUNG BROTHERS HAWAII, LLC, a Hawaii limited liability company’s Petition for Declaratory Order to Designate Important Agricultural Lands (IAL) for approximately 463 acres at Kunia, O`ahu identified by TMK (1) 9-2-004-006 (por.); -011 and -013 (por.) was filed on March 21, 2018 with the Commission. Copies of this Petition were provided to the Department of Agriculture, the City and County of Honolulu, and the State Office of Planning to review and provide comments on by April 24, 2018. The Petition was heard by the Commission on May 24, 2018 on O`ahu. The Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law and Decision and Order granting the IAL designation was issued on June 1, 2018.
