On August 20, 2025, the Land Use Commission (“LUC”) received the Petitioner’s Petition for a Land Use District Boundary Amendment. The LUC subsequently received the Petitioner’s Motion to Designate the LUC as the Accepting Authority for the Environmental Impact Statement under HRS Chapter 343 on August 28, 2025. The motion was heard on November 19, 2025, and the LUC issued its Decision and Order on November 25, 2025.
