2026 Motion to Amend

On March 3, 2026, The Land Use Commission received an incomplete record of the Special Permit.

On March 6, 2026, County of Maui transmitted additional files to complete the record transmittal. 

On March 17, 2026, County of Maui transmitted a Request to Withdraw the Special Permit Amendment.

This matter is tentatively scheduled to be heard on March 25, 2026.  This matter has been tentatively rescheduled for June 3, 2026.
