2022 Status Report Hearing

Background

A status and progress report was heard at a meeting scheduled for August 24, 2022 to be held at the DOT Airport Conference Center, Hawaiian Airlines Terminal Building, 7th Floor, Room #1.

The Petitioner, Hawaiian Memorial Life Plan, Ltd., briefed the Commission on the continuing status and progress towards compliance with representations and conditions as contained in the 2020 Decision and Order.  The Commission determined that no further action was necessary after hearing the report.
