Land Use Commission

A petition was filed on December 31, 2007.  The LUC, after reviewing the submitted documents found the application did not meet the requirements for a complete petition.  The Petitioner was informed by letter dated January 23, 2008 of the deficiencies in their application.  No further filings or actions have been taken to date.
