Status Reports
STATUS REPORTS
Status reports may be requested of Petitioners when a lack of information regarding a reclassified area and its proposed project occur. This may be due to non-filing of annual reports as required in a given Petition’s conditions of approval, or other questions raised by participating parties, government agencies, or members of the public for which Commission staff are unable to verify with information filed in a docket.
There are currently NO pending status reports.
