Briefing and update on cases on appeal: (1) Spirit of Aloha Temple v. County of Maui, 49 F.4th 1180 (9th Cir. 2022); and (2) Ho’omoana Foundation v. Land Use Commission, No. SCWC-17-0000181 (Haw.). During the scheduled meeting, the Commission may elect to consult with its legal counsel in executive session pursuant to HRS § 92-5.

To consider petitioner Haseko (Ewa), Inc.’s Motion for Approval of Job Credits filed on September 20, 2022 as required by the Decision and Order Approving the Petition to Convert the Agricultural Land Use District Boundary into the Urban Land Use District for Approximately 403.008 acres at Honouliuli, Ewa, Oahu, Hawaii, Tax Map Key No.: 9-1-12: 5 (por.), 6 (por.), and 23 (por.).
