DR18-63 MALAEKAHANA HUI WEST, LLC- PETITION FOR DECLARATORY ORDER TO DESIGNATE IMPORTANT AGRICULTURAL LANDS

On December 21, 2018, the LUC received Malaekahana Hui West, LLC’s petition to issue a Declaratory Order designating as Important Agricultural Land (IAL), approximately 230.33 acres of its lands on Oahu, Hawaii, identified by TMK No. 5-6-006:0018 (por.). A site visit is planned for the Petition Area on January 10, 2019, with a tentative meeting hearing date of February 6, 2019.
