A16-800 Island School (Kaua`i)- Withdrawn and Reinstated

Status

Petitioner (Island School) filed its draft petition on May 18, 2016 and withdrew it . ( The Commission had 30 days to review and either deem complete or return to petitioner for additional information. )

Petitioner (Island School) filed its Petition for Boundary Amendment on December 2, 2016.  The Commission mailed a letter deeming the Petition complete on December 19, 2016.

The LUC held initial hearings on March 22-23, 2017 on Kaua`i.  The evidentiary portion of the hearings were closed on March 22, 2017.  The parties are required to file draft proposed findings of fact, conclusions of law, and decision and order (FOFCOLD&O) by April 20, 2017.  All parties are to file comments and objections to the proposed FOFCOLD&O by May 4, 2017.  A hearing for final arguments by the parties was scheduled for July 26, 2017 on Kaua`i where the Commission rendered a decision.  A Decision and Order was issued on August 11, 2017 per Motion on August 10, 2017.
